Directions for use: 

Recommended to take up to 3 servings daily. Opening hours depend on your study plan. Recommended dosage: Mix 1 serving in 250-300 ml of water 1 hour before exercising, 2 servings 60 minutes after training (skim milk) and 1/3 in milk or fruit juice for breakfast or as a morning snack or afternoon.
